Air-dried pork salami from free range pigs whose diets heavily involve seasonal fruit and vegetables, mixed with traditional salami seasonings to create a flavourful bite. Available in mild Beer sticks (doesn’t contain beer, but a good accompaniment to a strong drink!) or very spicy Godfather sticks. (Gluten free)

• Multiseed Crackers, from Knutsford Gourmet. A box of crisp and seed filled large square crackers, excellent with almost any topping.

• Outback Tomato Chutney, delicious and chunky, from Outback Spirit in Victoria. (Gluten free)

• Kalamata Olives marinated in red wine vinegar, from Kangaroo Island Olives. Traditional olives sharply flavoured by red wine vinegar and a dash of olive oil. (Gluten free)

• Macadamias in honey, our special gift to you; Australian grown macadamias in Australian honey. (Gluten free)
